Terms of business
These are the terms we work to on a normal order. Nothing here replaces a signed contract if your company needs one — say so and we will work to yours.

Quotes
A quote is based on the artwork, size and quantity you gave us and holds for 30 days. Material prices move; anything older than that is re-checked before you commit. An order begins when you confirm the quote in writing and the deposit clears.
Samples and tooling
The sample fee covers pattern drafting, fabric and the labour to sew a one-off, and is credited against your bulk order. Two rounds of changes are included. Any mould or die we cut for your design stays reserved for your design. Bulk production starts only after you approve the sample in writing.
Your artwork and rights
You keep every right in the artwork you send. By sending it you confirm you are entitled to have it manufactured — we do not reproduce characters licensed to a third party. We do not resell your design or offer it to another buyer.
Our photographs
The photographs on this site are ours, or are published with the design owner's permission. Please do not reuse them in your own listings or catalogues without asking; write to us and the answer is usually yes.
Payment, delivery and claims
30% deposit to start production, 70% after you approve the pre-shipment photographs. Lead times are quoted in working days from sample approval and exclude customs delays. If goods do not match the approved sample, send photographs within 14 days of delivery and we will remake or credit them at our cost.
