How your plush toy gets made
Seven steps between your first email and a sealed carton on a pallet. You approve three of them — the quote, the sample and the pre-shipment photographs — and we carry the rest.
Send the artwork
A drawing, a render, a reference sheet or a photo of a toy you already have. Tell us the finished height, the quantity and a target price if there is one. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone is genuinely enough to start.
Quote in 12 hours
Back comes a unit price at your quantity, the sample and tooling cost, the fabrics we would use and the lead time. If the budget does not reach, we say exactly what would have to change instead of quoting something you cannot buy.
Pattern and fabric
Our pattern makers draft the panels and grade them to your height. Fabric swatches are photographed next to your artwork so you can judge colour, pile and shade before a single piece is cut.
Sample in 7–10 days
A fully sewn sample, photographed from six angles and weighed. Two rounds of changes are included and most designs need one. Nothing moves forward without your written approval.
Bulk sewing
Cutting, embroidery, sewing, stuffing and closing. The approved sample sits on the line as the reference every unit is checked against, not in a drawer in the office.
Inspection and packing
Needle detection on every unit, AQL 2.5 inspection on the run, pull tests on eyes and seams, then hangtags, polybags and export cartons. Photographs come to you before anything is sealed.
Shipping
Express, air or sea from Shenzhen or Hong Kong, or DDP if you want one door-to-door number. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and certificates your forwarder will ask for.
What to send us
The more of this you have, the fewer sample rounds you pay for. None of it is compulsory — plenty of projects have started from one photograph.
- Artwork: AI, PSD, PDF, PNG or a clear photo of a drawing
- Views: front, back and side whenever the design is not symmetrical
- Size: the finished height in centimetres, sitting or standing
- Colours: Pantone TPX or TCX references if your brand has them
- Quantity: per design, and how many designs are in the range
- Deadline: the date it has to be in your warehouse, not the ship date
Shipping and terms
We quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen or DDP to your door. Most first orders go DDP: one price, and no customs paperwork at your end.
- Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS): 3–6 days, best value under 100 kg
- Air freight: 7–12 days door to door
- Sea freight: 25–40 days depending on the destination port
- Payment: 30% deposit, 70% against the pre-shipment photographs
- Bank transfer for bulk; PayPal or card accepted for sample fees
