What is the minimum order quantity?
100 pieces per design on every line except claw machine toys, which start at 500. That is 100 of one design in one colourway, not 100 split across a range. For a crowdfunding pilot we can sometimes run 50 at a higher unit price — ask.
How much does a sample cost?
USD 80 to USD 250 depending on complexity. That covers pattern drafting, fabric and the labour to sew a one-off, and it is credited back against your bulk order. Courier runs about USD 30–50 on top.
How long does the whole thing take?
A quote within 12 working hours, a sample in 7–10 days, and bulk production 25–35 days after you approve that sample. Then shipping: 3–6 days by express, 7–12 by air, 25–40 by sea.
What artwork do you need?
Anything readable. Vector files are ideal, a layered PSD is fine, and a clear photograph of a hand drawing works. If the character is not symmetrical, send front, back and side views — that single step removes more sampling rounds than anything else.
Can you copy a toy I already have?
We can draft a pattern from a physical sample you post us, provided you hold the rights to it. We do not reproduce characters licensed to somebody else, and we never make another customer's design for a second buyer.
Are the toys safe for children?
Yes. EN71 and ASTM F963 are the default build: locked safety eyes pull tested to 90 N, reinforced seams, needle detection on every unit and PP fill that meets EN71-3. Third-party reports from SGS, BV or Intertek are arranged at cost when your buyer asks for them.
Can you put our logo on it?
Yes — embroidered, screen printed, sublimated, or woven into a label sewn in the seam. Hangtags, care labels, barcode stickers and printed polybags are all produced here as part of the same order.
What will it cost per piece?
A 10 cm keychain at 1,000 pieces is typically USD 1.20–2.50. A 20 cm stuffed animal at 500 pieces is typically USD 4–8. Size, fabric, colour count and quantity move the number far more than anything else, so send a drawing and get a real one.
How does payment work?
30% deposit to start production and 70% once you have approved the pre-shipment photographs. Bank transfer for bulk orders, PayPal or card for sample fees. We invoice in USD or EUR.
Do you handle shipping and customs?
Yes. EXW, FOB Shenzhen or DDP to your address. On DDP the quoted price already includes freight, duty and clearance, so nothing turns up with a bill attached.
What happens if the goods are wrong?
Send photographs within 14 days of delivery. If units do not match the approved sample we remake or credit them at our cost. That is also why the pre-shipment photographs exist — fixing a problem before the carton is sealed is far cheaper for both of us.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you send artwork if you prefer. Unreleased designs are not photographed for our own use and nothing reaches this website without written permission.
